Registration & Lodging Information

EPOC 2026 will be held at Timberline Lodge on the slopes of Mount Hood, Oregon, from September 16th-19th, 2026. For EPOCs held at Timberline, there are three components to registration:
    1) Booking your lodging with Timberline
    2) Paying your registration fee separately to EPOC
    3) Filling out the registration questionnaire.
Part (1) pays for your room and most of your meals; part (2) pays for meeting expenses including coffee breaks and the Friday banquet & band; part (3) tells us who you are.
