1) Booking your room
Use this link to book your room at Timberline Lodge.
Using the link will automatically book your room as part of the group block and rate. The lodging package includes vouchers for all meals with the exception of the Friday night banquet, which is covered in the registration fee. If you wish to make reservations now, please call Timberline at 503-272-3410 and refer to the group name 'EPOC - Eastern Pacific Ocean Conference.' For planning purposes before the reservation link is available, single-occupancy room packages will range from $355 to $615 per night for most single-occupant room options.
These rooms will be made available to the general public on August 17, 2026, so make sure to book your room before then. If you are sharing a room with a colleague, one person will need to make the room reservation. For reimbursement purposes, you will be able to split the bill for your lodging and meals when you arrive and pay in full at Timberline. There are many double-capacity rooms, and a few large-capacity rooms available with many bunks and lower per-night rates, which would be a great fit for a larger group.
If you would like to share a room but have a hard time finding a potential roommate, see the spreadsheet below to post your contact information for other attendees, or to look for others who are offering to share a room. It is uncommon, but possible that our block of rooms will fill up before September 1st. In such cases, lodging is available in Government Camp, the closest town to Timberline.
2) Registration
Please select the appropriate option from the two links below and proceed to PayPal to pay your registration fee. Use the dropdown menu to select your registration type. If you are bringing a non-attendee guest please also pay the guest fee (this covers the food, drink, and associated fees for the banquet). If you are paying another attendee's conference fees, please make sure to enter their name in the box provided when completing the payment form.
